酱炒平菇肉丝

原料:平菇克,瘦肉克,姜片、

葱段各少许,*豆酱12克,豆瓣酱15克

Ingredients:gramsofoystermushrooms,gramsofleanmeat,ginger,alittlegreenonion,12gramsofsoybeanpaste,15gramsofbeanpaste

调料:盐2克,鸡粉3克,水淀粉、料酒、美用油各适量

Seasoning:salt2grams,chickenpowder3grams,waterstarch,cookingwine,oileachamount

做法practice

1洗净的瘦肉切成丝,放入碗里

Cleanleanmeatcutintoshredsandplaceinabowl

2加人料酒、盐、水淀粉,拌匀,注入少许食用油,拌匀,腌渍约10分钟

Addcookingwine,salt,waterstarch,mixwell,addalittlecookingoil,mix,picklingforabout10minutes

3锅中注入适量清水烧开,倒入平菇,

拌匀,焯煮约1分钟至断生

Bringappropriateamountofwatertoboilinthepot,pourinoystermushrooms,mixwell,blanchforabout1minuteuntilbroken

4关火后捞出年焯好的平菇,沥干,装盘待用

5用油起锅,倒人瘦肉丝,炒匀至

转色,放入姜片、葱段,炒香

6加入豆瓣酱,倒入*豆酱,炒匀

7放入平菇,炒匀

8加入盐、鸡粉,炒匀

Addsalt,chickenpowderandstir-fry

9倒入水淀粉,翻炒约2分钟至入味

Pourinthewaterstarch,stirfryforabout2minutestotaste

10关火后将炒好的菜肴装入盘中即可
