1洗净的瘦肉切成丝,放入碗里

2加人料酒、盐、水淀粉,拌匀,注入少许食用油,拌匀,腌渍约10分钟

3锅中注入适量清水烧开,倒入平菇,
拌匀,焯煮约1分钟至断生

4关火后捞出年焯好的平菇,沥干,装盘待用
